Terms of Service

1. The service

Search&Social, operated by [OPERATOR] ("we"), plans and writes LinkedIn campaigns and monitors AI search visibility using AI. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

2. Beta status

The service is in a pre-launch/beta phase. Features may change or be unavailable, and we may suspend or reset accounts during this phase. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your credentials confidential. Connecting a LinkedIn account requires authorization through our publishing provider and is governed additionally by LinkedIn's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to spam, or to violate LinkedIn's platform rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Content

You retain rights to content you provide and to generated output, to the extent we hold any. You grant us the processing rights needed to operate the service (crawling your website, generating drafts, publishing on your instruction).

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page; changes apply from the next billing period.

7. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual duties and capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the CISG. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your residence remain unaffected.
